Mindfulness Meditation in the Classroom
Dr. Catherine Crooks has practiced and taught mindfulness meditation for over fifteen years. Through discussion and practice, this workshop will focus on the benefits of mindfulness meditation, such as improving memory and attention and reducing stress and test anxiety. Dr. Crooks will also guide participants in a mindfulness meditation session.
