More Details

This session will provide a brief overview of a year-long faculty learning community that examined the concept of students as knowledge creators. In the first half of the workshop, presenters will give brief four-minute overviews of interactive assignments that position students as content creators. These include lessons using digital media, comics/graphic novels, historical listening, e-portfolios, and policy making. The second half of this workshop will provide informal time for attendees to visit information stations and learn more about the assignments and other MTSU resources that support teaching with interactive classroom strategies.
