Paul Martin has over 40 years’ experience in the financial field including the application of relevant legal principals in both corporate and charitable environments. He has been involved intimately with seven public companies as either Chairman of the Board, Director, or initial investor. He is broadly experienced in global business activities including mergers and acquisitions and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
