MTSU Advising social and network opportunities. This can include Brown Bag lunches, Mentorships, Social Hour, Potlucks, etc. 

Connects will be offered once a month, and will generally be worth 1/2 point (unless otherwise stated).

The Advisor Training Committee is hosting a follow-up training to our previous workshop, Creating Accessible Media and Advising Forms. In this advanced training, advisor Bailey Schneider will teach tools to enhance your creative communication with students using the online program Canva.  She will walk you through how to easily create advising forms for students, presentations, and media to help engage your students. No experience with Canva? No problem! The first 15 minutes will be dedicated to refreshing your basics knowledge followed by more in-depth learning for the remainder of the class.
