Are you preparing to teach a new course? Are you redesigning a course you have taught in the past? Are you interested in learning more about course design? If so, you are invited to participate in a Course Design Workshop being hosted by the LT&ITC on May 17.

This introductory workshop will provide an overview of the “backward design” model for designing college courses. Participants will have hands-on time to apply the principles of backward design to one of their courses by developing student learning outcomes, identifying assessments, and planning instruction.
