he mission of Off Center: A Creative Magazine for the MTSU Community is to provide publication opportunities to campus-affiliated poets, writers, designers, photographers, and artists. We strive to foster appreciation for the creative process, an open and inclusive community, as well as accurately portray the dynamic range of diverse voices on our campus. We encourage creators to share with us their process and, in turn, learn from each other by reading and engaging with the work of others in the community.  Off Center is a student publication that is compiled by the staff of the Margaret H.
