The Jennings A. Jones College of Business Excellence in Leadership Series is comprised of executive education courses on various topics for organizations. Available topics include:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training
The MTSU Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program is designed to have live online sessions combined with self-study sessions for a combined total of 60 hours of coursework. The program focuses on improvement projects utilizing both Six Sigma and Lean fundamentals. Lean fundamentals are focused on waste elimination and overall process time reduction with the end goal of improving the process by operating more efficiently and by improving overall productivity throughout the process.
Students will have a total of sixty hours of coursework consisting of thirty-six hours (36) of live online class over a twelve (12) week period and twenty-four (24) hours of self-paced learning within the same twelve (12) weeks. Students will be required to select and work on a real problem while applying learned techniques and tools to resolve the problem and meet specified project goals effectively.
Certificate of Professional Selling for Life-Long Learners
Certificate of Professional Selling for Life-Long Learners is an ideal course for anyone who responsible for interacting with the public on behalf of their organization, such as business owners, salespeople, sales support or operations and service personnel.
During this course, the student will develop an understanding of the sales process while enhancing their understanding of business-to-business or business-to-consumer relationship development. (i.e., Communication, networking, and professionalism).
We will demonstrate the importance of customer relationship management (CRM) database utilization. Participants will learn methods for coaching, evaluation, and critical feedback skills. Additionally, instruction will include proper ethical, professional, and business behaviors.
