Welcome Home!
We are currently accepting waitlist applications ONLY for Fall 2023-Spring 2024.
Housing will assign students based on waitlist application date as spaces become available on campus. You will not have to submit any prepayment at this time, as this application does not guarantee housing.
Applying to be placed on the waitlist confirms your interest in on-campus housing as space becomes available. Once a space is available, waitlist applications will need to be finalized quickly. Finalizing your waitlist application will require submitting the required prepayment of $350. Our office will provide information on how to make the prepayment once selected. Other materials required to finalize your assignment to a room on campus for 2023-2024 include proof of vaccination for Meningitis A and an original signed and notarized Financial Guarantor Form.
Since we cannot guarantee when or if on-campus space will become available by the beginning of the fall term, we encourage students to seek off-campus housing accommodations. The June Anderson Center for Women and Non-Traditional Students provides an off-campus housing website, https://offcampushousing.mtsu.edu/, to assist students with the search for off-campus accommodations.
