Getting Started with Ungrading and Alternative Assessments
Are you interested in ungrading and alternative assessments, but you're not sure if ungrading is for you? Don’t jump into the deep end if you’re not ready. Instead, consider entering at a place that feels comfortable. Ungrading displaces much of the responsibility for doing the work of the class onto students, and it changes your classroom dynamic. Alongside reading recommendations and accessible models, this workshop will cover how to get started with ungrading practices and alternative assessments in your discipline.
