Students, when ordering parcels from companies, if there is a note field for delivery, please also list delivery is to be made to the Post Office in the KUC Building. We are happy to inform you that we have new Blue Lockers for your parcel needs. Parcels will be placed into a locker and you will receive an email with a code for you to enter into the kiosk, or you can swipe your ID card. The locker will then open. Please close the locker when you are done. You have currently 4 days to retrieve your parcel, it will then be placed back into counter pickup if not retrieved within 4 days.
Lockers are located in our lobby, down the hall near the Charlie and Hazel Daniels Veterans Ctr, just along the wall.
MTSU Post Office also has a Passport Office in room 101, appointments can be made by calling 615-494-8829 or just drop by on Wednesday's for Walk up Wednesdays! For further information, go to the Passport Services website located on MTSU website.

If you have graduated, congratulations! Please fill out a forwarding address in your Pipeline account where you see your mailbox info there is a link to forward. We can only forward First Class Mail and USPS parcels. Parcels from Fed Ex, UPS or other carriers will be returned to sender.
All other students who will be returning in the Fall, please put a forwarding address into your Pipeline account so we may forward your parcels during the summer. If we don't have a forwarding address, parcels are returned to sender. Please note any Parcel lite parcels cannot be forwarded and WILL BE RETURNED. Make sure you order and pickup prior to leaving for the SUMMER.
Students living on campus for the Fall semester have been assigned a box number. Go to your Pipeline account to access it & the combination. Those not living on campus must pay for a mailbox to get mail & parcels on campus. The cost is $12 per semester we take cash and checks only. We can only accept one semester at a time. Please see Becky Evans, at Post Office. Customer counter hours are between Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you need to renew your box you can see Becky Evans.
Students who wish to have their mail forwarded to their off-campus location should go their Pipeline account to manage their personal address information and to submit forwarding address information. We can only forward mail to students who have submitted a forwarding address.
Additionally, some companies are shipping parcels to you via USPS Ground Service or Parcel Select or Parcel Lite. While we can forward Ground and Parcel select, if there is no endorsement on the parcel then you could receive postage due from your mail carrier when they deliver to your home. For Parcel Lite, it is not a service that can be forwarded without endorsements. Please ensure that you pick up all of these parcels prior to leaving. We will put a forwarding address on it if in your Pipeline, but USPS will recycle these parcels rather than forwarding.
Fed Ex and UPS parcels cannot be forwarded so those parcels will be returned to sender if you have a forwarding address on file.
