COVID-19 STATEMENT

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, any student organization requesting funding to travel whether in-state or out-of-state, must provide a COVID safety plan with their application.

Student Activity Fee Dates and Deadlines

Student Activity Fee Applications are available 3 times per year. You may only request funds in the semester in which the program/event takes place. All applications must be typed and submitted by the deadline in order to be considered for funding.

Fall Applications Available	August 28, 2023
Fall Applications Due	September 15, 2023
Spring Applications Available	November 1, 2023
Spring Applications Due	November 30, 2023
Summer/Early Fall Applications Available	March 11, 2024
Summer/Early Fall Applications Due	April 12, 2024

 

Student Activity Fee Reimbursement Deadlines

Student Activity Fee money is by reimbursement only.  Student Activity Fee funds are only good for the semester in which they are awarded.  All reimbursements must be submitted by the deadline of each semester in order to guaranteed reimbursement. Scan all receipts into one document, including the reimbursement request form and email to jackie.victory@mtsu.edu.
