BRIGHTEN YOUR COLLEGE CAREER BY BECOMING A STAR!   

S.T.A.R. is a program designed to jump start your college career.  It is held the week prior to classes beginning and will aid your transition to MTSU.  All incoming freshmen and transfer students are welcome to participate, August 14 - 18, 2022.

What is the cost?

Upon application to the program, students must pay a program fee.  All students must enroll and complete the University Seminar (UNIV 1010) or Successful Transitions (UNIV 2020, for transfer students only) course during the fall semester.  The program will cover meals, activities, and early move in charges for students who have secured their on-campus housing. Commuter students are also welcome to attend the program.
