Management and Leadership, ABM Program Management B.B.A. to Business Administration, M.B.A., B.B.A.

High-achieving students majoring in Management and Leadership who intend to pursue a master's degree in Management (M.S.) or Business Administration (M.B.A.) may apply to participate in the Accelerated Bachelor/Master's (ABM) pathway. The pathway allows undergraduate students an opportunity to complete select requirements for both the bachelor's and master's degrees simultaneously. Upon successful completion of the ABM pathway, students must submit an application (including the application fee) to the graduate program. Additional application requirements will be waived, and the student will be admitted to the program automatically.

After stints in Murfreesboro and Birmingham, Ala., he relocated to New York. "I had a great experience at MTSU and wouldn't have traded my professors with anyone," he says.

Department faculty and business leaders provide career planning programs for students throughout the academic year. Every spring, the Business Exchange for Student Talent (BEST) career fair hosts area employers who meet with students majoring in the Jones College of Business. These programs allow students to ask questions, explore career paths, and form mentorships.
