Emotional Intelligence  Grind your BE

The number one predictor for performance in the workplace is emotional intelligence.  Emotional intelligence includes concepts like self-awareness, understanding ourselves, understanding others and empathy. Participants will learn about how to understand themselves, understand others, and create a quest for purpose in their personal and professional lives. A brand is a promise wrapped in an experience.  A personal brand is the meaning, make up and message of that promise and the experiences that defines who you are, what you do and why you matter to the world.  Using the material found in Me: How to Sell Who You Are, What You Do and Why You Matter to the World, a book written by Don P. Roy, PhD and Colby B. Jubenville, PhD participants will have the opportunity to create a personal brand that will help them compete on unique value vs. commodity. Participants also have the ability to complete self-assessments related to different elements of their personal brand.
