Can't make it to campus to have your documents edited in person? Not a problem. Submit your documents to us via email, and we will return a critique to you electronically: Send to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following in the body of the email:
- How will the resume be used: Seeking a part-time job? Full-time? Internship? Class assignment?
- If for an internship/full-time employment, what field, industry or career cluster are you targeting?
- What is your classification (Freshman, Sophomore, etc.)?
Resumes and cover letters should be written and reviewed before starting the actual job search and application process. Several drafts may be needed before documents are ready to use. Our goal is to return resumes and cover letters within two business days so students do not have to make an appointment with a Career Advisor. Start the process early!
