As you may have noticed, the homepage of MTSU.edu has a refreshed look. After months of research into industry best practices, reviewing peer university websites, and collaboration with Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, and Admissions, we launched the new design a few days ago.
While our website serves many internal and external communities, the primary focus of this update is to make the homepage more compelling and targeted to prospective students. MTSU.edu is our largest tool to promote the image and brand of the University—and this new look shows prospects why we’re the right fit.
Of course, MTSU.edu remains a go-to resource for our employees and current students. Here’s how to find some of the more popular links:
• The top navigation “sandwich” menu features quick links designed to be most helpful for prospective students and their families, institutional supporters, and those looking for athletics information and events. It also includes links to the A to Z Index and Pipeline.
• The most popular internal links are now located in the footer, providing easier access with a much shorter scroll. This includes links to the A to Z Index, Email, Pipeline, and MT One Stop.
