Production Services & Audio/Visual reinforcement: If having a guest speaker or large event where audio, staging and video support is needed. Production Services   615-904-8107 $15/hour w/4 hour minimum charge for technician. Other fees assessed for equipment packages. Estimates for services can be provided. 

Tucker Theatre Murphy Center and Student Unions may have separate in-house A/V technicians.

Tent Rental: Tents cannot be staked in the ground without permission due to electrical and data lines that are throughout campus. Event Coordination 615-898-5002  10x10 pop-up --$25 each All tents need TN One Call and
campus approvals, please contact Event Coordination for arrangements.
Trash Service -- Outside: If having an event outside and it is either a large event, event serving food or a long event, trash service may be necessary. Venue Event Coordinator will work with organization and Ground Services for trash can placement and porter to service cans. N/A  $10 per can, per day. $22/hour w/2 hour minimum for porter to service cans during/after event. N/A

 

There are several on-campus services that are available in order to make an event successful. Please note that costs are associated with logistical needs for events. Account numbers are required for services. Most requests must be made at least 7 business days in advance. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
