Video Game/Karaoke Equipment Reservation

If you are an MTSU Department/Residential Hall or Student Organization (no individual requests allowed), please complete the information below to request Video Game/Karaoke equipment. The current rental rate per Video Game/Karaoke Unit is $25 (payments may be made through providing a university account number, cash, or check made payable to MTSU). Payment is due at the time of pickup. All requests must be received SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to the date of reservation. NOTE: Equipment reservation is subject to the MTSU Student Programming & Activities event schedule and previous reservations (all requests will be honored on a 'first come, first served' basis). Organizations that reserve the equipment will be financially responsible for any damaged or missing equipment under their care.

* Each gaming unit will include 2 remotes. An e-mail will be sent with video game selections, up to three (3) games may be selected with each unit requested. 

**The Student Programming & Activities office is open from 8:00am-4:30pm from Monday through Friday. All equipment pickups/returns must be scheduled during this time (weekend equipment usage should be picked up the preceding Friday and returned the following Monday).
