Adult Degree Completion Program
Corporate Education Partnerships
MTSU has worked closely with several different organizations and companies to develop specialized programs to help their employees gain the academic credentials that they need to advance in their careers. MTSU can provide your company with exclusive tuition rates along with all the other things the University offers its students. Your employees will be able to talk with degree counselors and advisors about fully customizable degree plans, the potential to earn college credit for their prior work and training, and flexible online classes tailor-made for working adults.
Exclusive Tuition Rate
We love working with our partners to provide educational opportunities and assistance to their employees. We’re happy to offer a discounted tuition rate to employees of companies who partner with us. In addition, our staff will assist your employees in developing a personalized education path, including accessing all tuition assistance funds that may already be provided by the company.
Degrees Specialized for Working Adults
For adults, going back to college to add to their existing degrees or to finish degrees they once started is very common. MTSU offers flexible options that are specifically designed for working adults with demanding schedules. The degrees can be completed online at the student’s preferred pace.
Earn Credit For What You Know
Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) allows students to earn college credit for learning acquired from work and training. The average student earns 24 credits, or eight full courses. That equates to more than $9,000 in savings for in-state students. In the PLA course, students create a detailed portfolio of their professional competencies, training and certifications, and other experiential learning.
Company Cohorts Available
There are opportunities for several of your employees to enroll as a cohort to advance through the program together.
