Rhea Maladkar
Master's Student & Project Associate
Occupational health, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, and Training
Rhea is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is a Project Associate for the Center of Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). She is currently assisting with the situational judgement test for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Prior to COHRE, she worked as a student administrative assistant at Wilkins Miller Accounting & Financial Advisory Firm. Rhea also worked as a clerk at Lee & Hughes, LLC, Attorneys at Law. She gained valuable workplace skills and witnessed how much work affects people’s lives.
Rhea is a recent graduate from the University of South Alabama where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Marketing. During her undergraduate program, Rhea worked with a doctoral student who was researching a biomarker for depression. She also completed a directed study in IO Psychology where she studied the prominence of gender stereotypes in leadership. Rhea was a member of Phi Mu fraternity where she served as philanthropy chair and T-Shirt chair. These roles allowed her to develop her leadership and organizational skills.
