Kelsey is currently a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master's program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is a Senior Project Associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness. She has assisted consultants in the delivery of a strategic planning workshop for Special Kids, LLC by helping align the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. More recently, Kelsey has worked on designing a promotion process for the Murfreesboro Police Department by engaging in test development. She is currently developing fourteen certification test for Fleming Training Center. 

In May 2019, Kelsey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology and a Business Certificate from the University of South Florida. During her undergraduate program, Kelsey sat on a talent acquisition committee where she assisted in hiring a Director for the Department of Student Affairs and Student Success. In her role, she performed an analysis of needs, planned and conducted recruitment and selection processes, and assessed candidate information based on selection criteria. 

Kelsey's research experience includes helping facilitate a doctoral candidate's dissertation and assisting with a meta-analysis on customer mistreatment and employee outcomes for a book chapter. She presented the findings at conferences hosted by the Undergraduate Psychology Association at the University of South Florida. She is currently conducting research that assesses if the number of behavioral anchors increases rater accuracy in performance evaluations.
