At MTSU's Walker Library, I focus on how I can enhance the user research journey and improve the discoverability and access to online resources. I strongly advocate for user privacy and cultivate empathy in all my work. I explore ways to design a more equitable, accessible, and positive user experience in managing the library's discovery system and online presence. 

My current research involves information-seeking behavior, user-centered design, web analytics, and privacy. I have published work in the Journal of Academic LibrarianshipIssues in Science and Technology Librarianship, and Information Technology and Libraries.

I am a member of the Asian Pacific American Library Association (APALA) and the Library Freedom Project. I serve as an Assitant Editor for Weave: Journal of Library User Experience.
