        Elizabeth is the Program Coordinator at MTSU in the Tourism and Hospitality Management program.  She holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from the University of Houston.  Elizabeth held management positions in both the restaurant and hotel industries.         Elizabeth is the Program Coordinator at MTSU in the Tourism and Hospitality Management program.  She holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from the University of Houston.  Elizabeth held management positions in both the restaurant and hotel industries. She served as the Executive Director of the AH&LA Information Research Center and as the Executive Master’s Program Director at the University of Houston where she was awarded the Donald Greenway Teaching Excellence Award and the University-wide Teaching Excellence Award.  Elizabeth conducts research focusing on decision making, risk perceptions, and online communities.
