Microsoft OneDrive for Work or School

OneDrive for Work or School is the Microsoft cloud service that connects you to all your files, making it easy to create, edit, store, and share things like work documents, class assignments, and projects. Previously known as OneDrive for Business, It allows you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.  MTSU offers OneDrive for Work or School, with up to 5TB of online storage, at no charge to faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students as part of our Microsoft 365 license.

Access your files from anywhere

Access files stored in OneDrive from practically any device (desktop, laptop, tablet, and smart phone) from anywhere so long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Sync files from OneDrive on your computer

You can synchronize files contained in OneDrive locally to your computer hard drive on both Mac and PC using the OneDrive application.

Migrating from Dropbox for Business to Microsoft OneDrive

As MTSU makes its transition from Dropbox to OneDrive, it is important to understand how to migrate files and folders as smoothly as possible.
