TTBI guarantees a teaching job or employment upon graduation in the partnering school district, in turn, helping to address the statewide and regional teacher shortage we are experiencing. It will promote the career of teaching as an opportunity to make a positive impact in our communities. The TTBI’s efforts will positively add to the economic health and vitality of the state.
