Projects Requiring Designers

If you are interested in a MTSU project:

1. Visit the website of the Office of State Architect to review the updated Designer Selection Process.
2. Register with the Office of State Architect.
3. Complete the document specifically for the project in which you have interest.
4. The response is limited to four pages (do not include photographs or attachments).
5. Attach the completed Letter of Interest (in PDF format) to the appropriate email link. Please type “Designer Information” and the project name for which you are submitting in the subject line
6. MTSU requires a Designer Letter of Interest for Standard and Minor projects.
7. Forward all required documentation to [email protected] for review.

SBC# 366/09-xx-2025 Renovations to Beasley Hall

Description:

Partial renovation to Beasley Hall including restroom, finish, and exterior envelope renovations and all related work. This project will be carried out with a phased delivery to allow for construction to be carried out during summer 2026 and summer 2027. This will allow student housing to remain operational during the fall and spring semesters. Construction for each phase is to be bid separately using separate bid packages.
