Hailey Moss

Master's Student & Project Associate

Hailey is currently a first-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness, and has been assisting on selection and promotion projects for the Tennessee Highway Patrol, and test development for Fleming Training Center.

Hailey graduated from MTSU in May 2022, with a major in Industrial Organizational Psychology and minor in Leadership Studies. During her undergrad experience, she also assisted with COHRE and started gaining experience with I/O Consulting Projects.

Areas of Interest: Compensation, Training, and Leadership
