Yendi is a Project Associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) and a first-year graduate student in Middle Tennessee State University’s Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. In her role with COHRE, she is currently working to develop fourteen state-level certification tests for Fleming Training Center. Yendi has an interest in organizational behaviors.

Prior to COHRE, Yendi spent her college career assisting with various research projects in the fields of Cognitive psychology and I/O psychology, including a U.S. Navy sponsored project and a meta-analysis about women in STEM.

Yendi graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology Fall 2020 with a BS in Psychology and Minor in International Business. Within her undergraduate studies, she completed a senior thesis with Dr. Ruth Kanfer about the role of social capital and social networks in women’s resilience in STEM majors.
