Steering Committee

Solution Architects
- Each Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing the Workstream Leads within a particular segment or workstream of the project. They play a crucial role in the design and build of new business processes in Oracle Cloud and are responsible for communicating with other leads to ensure upstream/downstream impacts are accounted for.
Workstream Leads
- Functional Workstream Leads are responsible for understanding and making design decisions on behalf of specific modules within their workstream. They gather MTSU business requirements, participate in module-specific configuration of the new system, and testing.
- Technical Workstream Leads focus on the technical aspects of True Blue Fusion, including integrations with boundary systems, converting data from systems like Banner Finance and HR, and reporting.
Subject Matter Experts & Business Analysts
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) provide input to workstream leads based on their deep experience within MTSUs business processes.
- Business Analysts are responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the business process development to support workstream leads in configuration of the new system.
