In 2013, a University Learning Community conducted a survey to identify faculty and student perceptions of classroom technology, classroom configurations, and instructional methodologies. To entice the SGA to conduct the student portion of the survey, the Instructional Technology Committee agreed to allow a one-time exception for the SGA to submit a TAF proposal for a classroom that was poorly designed for learning and be considered for TAF funding. An additional survey is being conducted to provide an ample sample of student perceptions and those results will be presented to the Committee. The survey results will identify rooms to be considered for upgrade through this TAF proposal.
