KOM 302 is a classroom that has not been updated to a master classroom. The mathematical sciences department puts a premium on teaching techniques that use the technology in a master classroom, so it is necessary to update the class. This room was formerly used by the geosciences department. The classroom needs the following: Move front of room to current back of room, leaving the current white boards in back and adding new white boards to the front. Paint Install master class package Smartboard Remove 4 cabinets, large desk, portable cart Fix floors Clean or replace flourescent lights Remove 5 unusual power supply outlets (they look like they were used for large appliances) and electrical box Desks may stay, may need matching chairs
