Replacement of Existing Technology

Adds capabilities not present but needed

We would like to replace the Macintosh computer in room 103 of Bragg Mass Comm. with a machine capable of being used to demonstrate a variety of techniques relevant to a number of the lecture classes held there. This would include the ability to demonstrate the design and editing of still and moving images and audio. The Mac currently in the room is not capable of this. The room is used most hours of the days and evenings by several departments for several hundred students each semester. About 12 classes are scheduled for this room in the Fall 2002. Additional equipment should not be needed to integrate it into the existing setup, although it probably would not be able to share the same monitor with the PC.
