The BCEN department proposes to upgrade the BAS S130A master classroom. This classroom serves the entire university and it is used to hosts classes from multiple departments in MTSU. This flat classroom seats 44 students and hosts 14 different classes per semester (44% coming from outside the college of business). This room has 73% seat utilization, hence an average of 842 students use this classroom annually. This room will be re-arranged as the current setup is not conductive to learning. The OHP is very dim and fuzzy, the natural light affects the small screen, the screen is off center, etc. The classroom will be re-oriented, the furniture and technology will be upgraded.
