This computer-based Master classroom will have a double U-shaped, fixed configuration. A large monitor will be on the facing wall and a whiteboard should be available in the same area, near the Master classroom control unit for the instructor. Inputs at various places are required so student work can be displayed (HP4/extron ports, etc). Interactivity and flexibility to switch between lecture and in-class multimedia work are key for desirable functionality with several skills-based classes in all three of the College's academic units (School of Journalism, Electronic Media Communication and Recording Industry). Sixteen Mac desktops are required to meet national accreditation policy for class size.
