The University Lab at Walker Library proposes to add a standard desktop computer, with a 24" monitor to each of the 40 student-accessible group study rooms. For the past couple of years the library has maintained a computer in the group study room closest to the library conference room. This room and this computer are always in use, usually by several students collaborating on a project. One of the most requested new features for the library lab is the addition of computers in the group study rooms.
