Peck Hall 301 is our graduate seminar room though it is available after 1st priority assignments for open scheduling. Although it was set up as an early Master Classroom with a ceiling-mounted projector, an amplifier, a dvd-player, and a VCR-unit, it has never had a computer or a document reader. The space is too small to make practicable use of a Nomad media cart. Therefore, we would like to either add a computer and document reader to what currently exists, or upgrade the technology stack in order to include computer, document reader, dvd/vcr player, and amplification system to the current projector. We need expert consultation on giving us current classroom technology in a small, seminar-style classroom. We will start with the standard package and make modifications from there. Thank you for considering this proposal. In the current semester (Spring 2012), we have scheduled 3 freshman writing courses and 10 graduate seminars. This amounts to approximately 45 undergraduate and 90 graduate students.
