Master classroom Bragg 104 serves more than 8000 students a week in a facility that has not had any major renovations since it was built in the ’80s. Other than fixing chairs and minor upgrades to technology, it is a room that continues to see multiple ITD work orders each semester as well as issues related to ADA access. Poor lighting, power and structural issues, outdated technology and defective seating are evident in the classroom. This proposal addresses upgrading the technology, revamping the room to be ADA compliant and fixing the electrical, lighting, acoustical and structural components of the room. The College’s Comm 104 Master Classroom TAF Proposal (1332) is important it is the most scheduled classroom of the three lecture halls in the Comm Building (101, 103 & 104). Six classes are scheduled throughout the day in Comm 104 and student organizational meetings are often scheduled in the evenings.
