During the academic year, you may find it challenging to make behavior changes to improve your health and wellness. With the right tools, summer is the perfect time to do it. The session will lead you in developing a Personal Health Plan (PHP) you can implement with the focus on you and what matters to you, your goals and the steps to get you there. Prior to the session, you will begin your PHP and complete it during the session, led by Deborah Lee, PhD, RN, and board-certified health and wellness coach.
