Meeting Schedule

General Information

The IRB will meet once per month during the Fall and Spring semesters for protocols requiring a Full Review. The meetings are currently held via Zoom unless announced otherwise. Expedited and Exempt applications are accepted to be reviewed year-round. Nonetheless, the turn around time on expedited and exempt protocols may be a bit longer when the University is not in session. Such as, summer break, winter break and during other major holidays.  The researchers must plan accordingly to avoid wait time.  

Applications for Full Review must be submitted to the Office of Compliance by 4:00 PM on or before the the deadline dates listed below.  Investigators are encouraged to attend the concerned IRB meeting(s) to address questions and concerns posed by Committee members.  The investigators’ presence at the IRB delibration has been shown to expedite the review process.
