Mr. Robert Couch was a Rotarian, Sunday school teacher, Eagle Scout, chaired the American Legion Boys State committee for Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. In 1995, Couch, with J.C. Eoff and the Rev. A. Richard Smith, received Tullahoma’s first Lifetime of Achievement and Community Service Awards, which were presented by Mayor Lane Curlee
