Mr. Roy Edwin Barker was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served on the State Legislature from 1961-1965 and was a 1970 Delegate Constitutional Convention. He was also the Past President of Franklin Noon Rotary Club, member of Jaycees, served 17 years on the Franklin Planning Committee and was a 20-year member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce.
