Research & Creative Activity Exposition Application Submission
Undergrads and graduate students! You are invited to join us the 19th annual Scholars Week Research & Creative Activity Exposition.
The Expo an annual event that showcases research and creative projects from all academic disciplines. Held in the Student Union Ballroom, presenters will have the opportunity to share their research or creative project with our campus community, meet potential employers, polish presentation skills, and potentially win some money! Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for best undergrad poster, and for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for best graduate poster in each college. Winners will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony by the College Deans.
Important Dates
- Applications Open: January 27, 2025
- Application Deadline: February 23, 2025
- Acceptance emails sent to first authors: February 25, 2025
- Research & Creative Activity Exposition: March 21, 2024
Submission Requirements
- First author’s name, classification, department, and MTSU email
- Faculty mentor’s name and email
- Title of Poster
- Abstract or Description of Project (150-300 words)
Acceptance notifications and event details will be distributed via the applicant’s email on February 25th, 2025.
