Room Reservation Request

Note that per MTSU ITD policy, all computer users must have ITD issued FSA credentials. It is the responsibility of the instructor or event sponsor to ensure that each participant has a username and password that is specific to the individual user. If you have non-MTSU credentialed visitors participating in your event, you must email ITD as soon as possible at [email protected] to request approved logins. Those who use the logins must show proof of identification and sign a log which will be forwarded to MTSU ITD to be kept on file. Please check with the lab assistant on duty for the log and return it to lab assistant after the log is signed.
