BAS Lab Software Installation Request

This is a request to install software in the BAS University Computer Lab (S137).
To properly process your request you must provide ALL of the following:

• Installation disks, CDs, files or link to download files (inclulding login information if needed)
• Written installation instructions (otherwise a default install will be done)
• Copy of original license information (indicating number of licenses permitted)
• Any license keys or activation keys (if required)

Only after receiving all the above information we will proceed to install the software.

• You will receive an email with the number and location of the software installed in the lab.
• Please make requests with time (7 days minimum).
