Womack Lane
Scarlett Commons Apartments are located on the far eastern side of campus, next to the MTSU Recreation Center. The Scarlett Commons club house is located in the central courtyard. Open 24-hours, 7 days a week, the club house houses a lounge, front desk operation and laundry facilities. Each Scarlett Commons apartment accommodates 4 residents in private bedrooms with two-bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Each apartment is equipped with beds, night stands, desks, a stove and refrigerator, dining table with chairs, living room chairs and a TV stand. Womack Lane Apartments are home to single students and students with families. Womack Lane is located on the eastern side of campus next to the MTSU Recreation Center. Womack Lane offers its residents a centralized clubhouse which houses a desk, lobby space, and laundry. The clubhouse is open from 7 am to midnight Sunday-Thursday and 7 am to 2 am on Friday-Saturday. Staff are available after hours through the front desk number. The Womack Lane Apartments come equipped with a stove, refrigerator, beds, chairs for the living room, a dining table with chairs, and TV stand. Please note that similar to shared rooms in residence halls, the apartment units are considered “open” and bedroom doors do not have locking capabilities. A typical 2 bedroom furnished apartment is equipped with:
- kitchen (refrigerator and stove/oven)
- living room (sofa, chair, air conditioner, and end table)
- dining area (table with chairs)
- bedroom A (one XL bed, one chest of drawers, one closet, one desk, and one chair)
- bedroom B (one XL bed, one chest of drawers, one closet, one desk, and one chair)
- two internet connection ports
- free Wi-Fi included
- external locking door; non-locking bedroom doors

1 Bathroom is located in each apartment and shared between residents.
