Transcripts

The transcript is a complete record of a student’s enrollment at MTSU, including all undergraduate, graduate, and transfer courses. Partial transcripts are not available.

Official transcripts are available as an eTranscript (PDF) or printed on secure blue paper. MTSU does not fax transcripts.  Transcripts will not be issued until all debts or obligations to the institution have been satisfied.  The MT One Stop does not provide unofficial transcripts. Unofficial transcripts can be accessed on-line using PipelineMT.  Select Registration & Student Records > Transcript icon.

The term eTranscript refers to any transcript delivered to the recipient in an electronic format instead of being printed and mailed to the recipient. MTSU offers the electronic delivery of your transcript as a PDF document. If you choose this option on the Parchment online order form, it means that your transcript will be created as a PDF document and the intended recipient will be notified by email that it is ready to be downloaded. This method is used when you have selected a school that is participating in the Parchment Network and is able to receive PDF transcripts electronically or when you have designated an individual or other non-educational institution who is not a participant in the network as the recipient.

Once an order is submitted the email recipient cannot be changed.  Please verify the email recipient is correct before submitting your order.

Things to know:

  • Link to PDF expires 48 hours after it has been initially downloaded (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • The email link cannot be saved or forwarded to another recipient
  • If printed, PRINTED COPY will print across the front of the transcript
  • Modifications are not allowed
  • Copying is not allowed
