April 21 – May 4	Summer fee payment by mail. Mailed-in payments must be postmarked by May 4 and must be mailed in time to be received by May 13.
April 20 – May 13	MTSU, UT, TBR/LGI and state employee fee waiver (PC191A) participants and Senior Adult (65 Years Old), Permanently Disabled, and 60-Year-Old (Audit) fee waiver participants can register for summer. Turn in form to the MT One Stop by 4:30 p.m. on May 13. Signatures on the fee waiver forms should not be obtained before April 1.
April 21 – May 13	Summer fee payment in person May 13, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Business Office cashier windows, 2nd Floor Student Services and Admissions Center. Fee payment by credit card or check card or e-check on PipelineMT. PipelineMT down at 4:30 p.m. on May 13. Summer 2026 Registration Confirmation on PipelineMT (Down at 4:30 p.m. on May 13). Confirm that you will attend if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. The amount due must be zero or a credit to confirm registration. You will be given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER when you are confirmed. Write down this number as proof that you have completed the confirmation process.
May 13	DEADLINE for priority registrants to pay Summer fees: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Business Office Cashier Windows, 2nd Floor Student Services and Admissions Center or on PipelineMT. 4:30 p.m. DEADLINE for priority registrants to receive a confirmation number on PipelineMT if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. Fees for all summer sessions must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on May 13 or class schedules will be deleted. PipelineMT will be unavailable after 4:30 p.m.
May 18	1-Full Term, S3A-3 Week A Term, S6A-6 Week A Term classes begin. $100 late registration fee charged for 1-Full Term, S3A-3 Week A Term, S6A-6 Week A Term classes.

August 11 – August 17	Fall fee payment by credit card, check card or by e-check on PipelineMT,(until 6:00 p.m. on August 17 on PipelineMT only). Fall fee payment in person, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Business Office cashier windows, 2nd floor SSAC. Fall 2026 registration confirmation on PipelineMT for students with a zero or credit balance due to financial aid or other credits. August 14	Deadline to sign up for direct deposit for refunds to be available on August 24.
August 17	Fall Fee Payment and Confirmation Deadline 6:00 p.m. on PipelineMT for students who registered August 11 – August 17 or whose classes were held for deletion on August 17. Deadline to pay at the Business Office Cashier Windows is 4:30 p.m. Class schedules deleted unless fees are paid or registrations confirmed by 6:00 p.m. (4:30 p.m. at Business Office only). August 18 – August 23	Registration for students who have not previously registered or for those whose schedules were deleted.
August 23	100% Fee Adjustment Deadline. Last day for students to drop all Fall classes and receive a 100% fee adjustment.
August 24	Fall Classes Begin  – Full and Accelerated 1 Terms Late registration and drop/add on PipelineMT; Late registration fee – $100
August 24 – 28	Direct Deposit refunds sent to students’ bank accounts. The deadline to sign up for Direct Deposit is August 14, for refunds to be available on August 24 – 28.
September 1	Fee Payment deadline for students who registered August 18 – August 31. Class schedules are deleted unless fees are paid or registration is confirmed by 4:30 p.m.
September 7	Labor Day observed. No classes, university closed.
September 30	Second payment plan installment due.
October 14	Accelerated 2 (A2) classes begin.
October 19	Fee Payment deadline for students who registered Sept. 2 – October 17 for A2. Class schedules are deleted unless fees are paid or registration is confirmed by 4:30 p.m.

Fees must be paid or registration confirmed by 6:00 p.m. (4:30 p.m. at Business Office only) on January 27 or your class schedule will be deleted.
January 27	Request for late registration form and prepayment required in order to register. $100 late registration fee charged.
February 28	Second payment plan installment deadline. $25 late fee for payments made after February 28.
March 16	Accelerated 2 (A2) classes begin.
March 19	Accelerated 2 (A2) fees must be paid or registration confirmed by 4:30 p.m. on March 19 or your class schedule will be deleted.
March 31	Third payment plan installment deadline. $25 late fee for payments made after March 31.
