MTSU Campus Recreation
Policies and Procedures
We strive to provide positive experiences for all facility users. With patron safety and well-being in mind, final interpretation of MTSU Campus Recreation policies and procedures will be the responsibility of Campus Recreation staff. Users are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures. Lack of cooperation will result in administrative actions and possibly disciplinary action, including removal from the center and cancellation of use privileges.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in all activities is voluntary and all individuals knowingly assume all risks when they take part in informal or programmed recreational activities. Each participant also has a responsibility to use prudent and ordinary care in his/her actions. Middle Tennessee State University and Campus Recreation are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in an activity or program.
