Perkins & Institutional Loan Payments

Middle Tennessee State University is pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2015, the billing for your Federal Perkins and Institutional Student Loans will be managed by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (“ECSI”), a leading provider of student loan servicing and higher education billing services.   

What Should I Expect?

If your loan is currently in repayment, you will receive a statement from ECSI.  You will be billed on the 10th of each month with your payment being due on the 1st of the next month.

Can I Access My Account Online?

ECSI provides secure online access to your account, allowing you to verify your account information including balance, payment posting, loan payoffs, and next payment due.  You can also update your account profile, sign up for electronic billing and make your payment online using one of ECSI’s convenient payment methods.  To access your account or make a payment, go to https://borrower.ecsi.net

Important

If you are currently making your student loan payments by using recurring monthly payments automatically drawn from your bank account, you will need to create recurring monthly payments with ECSI by accessing your account at https://borrower.ecsi.net

What Else Do I Need to Know?

If you do not wish to pay online, please make your check payable to Middle Tennessee State University and mail to the Middle Tennessee State University, c/o ECSI, 100 Global View Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086.  If you are currently in a deferment or grace period, you will receive statements prior to the first payment due date, however, no payment is required until your deferment or grace period has expired.
